We created EILEEN FISHER Renew so we could extend the lifecycle of the clothes we love. Our philosophy is simple: Buy quality pieces, wear them as long as possible—and when you’re done with them, pass them on to someone else.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: YOU RETURN
Bring your EILEEN FISHER clothes back to any US EILEEN FISHER or Renew store and receive $5 in Renew Rewards for each piece you return - no matter what condition it's in.

Please expect 4-6 weeks for your gift card to arrive in the mail.
STEP 2: WE SORT
Our team of specialists sorts through each piece, checking for wear, stains and holes. Only garments that are in great condition are resold–the rest are recycled or transformed into one-of-a-kind works of art using our custom felting technique.
STEP 3: WE CLEAN
Each piece receives a good-as-new cleaning.
STEP 4: YOU SHOP
