We created EILEEN FISHER Renew so we could extend the lifecycle of the clothes we love. Our philosophy is simple: Buy quality pieces, wear them as long as possible—and when you’re done with them, pass them on to someone else.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: YOU RETURN
Bring your EILEEN FISHER clothes back to any EILEEN FISHER Store, Company store or Renew store in the United States to receive your $5 Renew Reward for each piece you return- no matter the condition.
We are pausing mail-ins while we relocate our facility. Please bring your pieces to your nearest EILEEN FISHER store.
STEP 2: WE SORT
Our team of specialists sorts through each piece, checking for wear, stains and holes. Only garments that are in great condition are resold–the rest are recycled or transformed into one-of-a-kind designs.
STEP 3: WE CLEAN
Each piece receives a good-as-new cleaning.
STEP 4: YOU SHOP
