Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order online. After 60 minutes, your order will begin processing through our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, please click the "Cancel Order" button to the left.
How will my payment be processed?
Once your order is received, we place a temporary authorization hold for the full order amount on your card. You are only charged once your order ships.
What is the Renew online return policy?
If you’re not in love with your order, we’ll happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To get started, select "Start a Return" to the left.
Keep in mind, for returns, shipping is a flat rate of $10. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We are only able to refund the original payment method at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email which will include your tracking number. You can also find tracking information for your order on this page.
