A Little History


Eileen launched her line in 1984 with a single size: 1. A few years later, she added 2 then 0. In Fall 1992, the company began to shift to S, M and L. Slowly, the letters replaced the numbers. When we made our first skinny jean in 2009, we added traditional numeric sizing to the mix. Today, EILEEN FISHER offers a full size range that includes XXS-XL and numerically sized pants, as well as Petite and Plus collections.

  • One of the world's most luxurious fibers is now truly sustainable. Our innovative cashmere yarn comes from a mill in Italy that is changing the way clothes are made.
  • Recycled cashmere is made with yarn respun from fine Italian fabrics. Yarn meets the Global Recycled Standard. Spun and dyed in Italy.
  • We design our line as a system of simple shapes and signature fits so you can easily find the options that work for you.
  • High collar, open front, drop shoulder.
  • We recommend hand wash cold. May be dry cleaned.
  • Made in Romania. 70% Recycled Cashmere/25% Cashmere/5% Wool.
