A Little History


Eileen launched her line in 1984 with a single size: 1. A few years later, she added 2 then 0. In Fall 1992, the company began to shift to S, M and L. Slowly, the letters replaced the numbers. When we made our first skinny jean in 2009, we added traditional numeric sizing to the mix. Today, EILEEN FISHER offers a full size range that includes XXS-XL and numerically sized pants, as well as Petite and Plus collections.

Casual, yet elevated. The slim pant with clean lines and a side zipper closure, in soft velveteen with slight stretch. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.

Product Details:

  • Fits close to the body. Our slim fit is easier than the industry standard—with stretch for maximum comfort.
  • Plush velveteen made with organic cotton and garment washed for extra softness. We added a touch of stretch for comfort.
  • 1-inch elastic waistband, 7-inch side zipper with button closure.
  • 2-inch side slits; back darts for shape.
  • 10-inch rise; 27 1/2-inch inseam; 6 1/2-inch leg opening (size XS). 13-inch rise; 27 1/2-inch inseam; 7-inch leg opening (size 1X).
  • Machine wash cold. Line dry.
  • Made in Indonesia. 97% Organic Cotton/3% Elastane.
